9-10 November 2023 International VR Mental Health Conference New Horizons organised by the University Medical Centre in Groningen (The Netherlands). Our participation was an important opportunity to present the results of our VR3 evaluation study of our immersive environments 'The impact of breath regulation in an immersive environment of anxiety reduction' demonstrating the effectiveness of our treatment for anxiety. The data underlined the potential of immersive environments combined with breath regulation techniques as an innovative approach in reducing anxiety states.
